Creating a Ticket

  1. Go to Tickets in your dashboard
  2. Click Create Ticket
  3. Select a category
  4. Describe your issue in detail
  5. Submit

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Be specific about the problem
  • Include relevant IDs (bot ID, order ID, etc.)
  • Describe steps to reproduce the issue
  • Include screenshots if helpful
  • Mention any error messages you see

Response Time

We typically respond within 24 hours. Complex issues may take longer to investigate.

Ticket Status

  • Open - Awaiting response
  • Answered - We've replied
  • Closed - Issue resolved

Following Up

Add replies to your existing ticket rather than creating new ones for the same issue.
