Our ticket system is the best way to get help with issues.
Creating a Ticket
- Go to Tickets in your dashboard
- Click Create Ticket
- Select a category
- Describe your issue in detail
- Submit
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Be specific about the problem
- Include relevant IDs (bot ID, order ID, etc.)
- Describe steps to reproduce the issue
- Include screenshots if helpful
- Mention any error messages you see
Response Time
We typically respond within 24 hours. Complex issues may take longer to investigate.
Ticket Status
- Open - Awaiting response
- Answered - We've replied
- Closed - Issue resolved
Following Up
Add replies to your existing ticket rather than creating new ones for the same issue.
