Creating Groups
- Go to Groups
- Select the type of group to create
- Enter a name and optional color
- Save
Assigning to Groups
When creating or editing an item, use the Group Selector to assign it to one or more groups.
Filtering by Group
Most list views include a group filter dropdown. Select a group to see only items in that group.
Organization Tips
- Create groups by project or client
- Use color coding for visual distinction
- Keep group names short and descriptive
- Review and clean up unused groups periodically
