Broadcast Not Sending

If your broadcasts aren't being delivered, check these items:

Bot Broadcasts

• Is the broadcast active? - Check the status toggle
• Is it scheduled? - Check scheduled time hasn't passed
• Are there users? - Ensure bot has active users
• Is the bot active? - Bot must be enabled
• Check credits - Broadcasts consume credits

Global Broadcasts

• Check Broadcast Target
  • Is the target active?
  • Is the bot token valid?
  • Is the bot admin in the channel/group?
• Check Lock Period - 3-day lock between sends to same target
• Check Intervals - Random delays between targets

Common Errors

• Bot was blocked - User blocked the bot
• Chat not found - Invalid Chat ID
• Bot is not admin - Add bot as channel admin
